『ポップカルチャー NEW & OLD: ポップカルチャーで学ぶ初中級日本語』は、初級または中級レベルの日本語教科書を使って学習しているレベルの日本語学習者が日本のポップカルチャーについて学びながら同時に日本語力を向上させるための日本語教科書です。紙媒体の教科書とウェブサイトとを併用することにより、学習者が通常の教科書では達成出来ないような質と量の学習を可能にしています。また、漫画のキャラクターの描き方を学んだり有名なポップソングを歌ったりして、学習者が日本のポップカルチャーを楽しみながら学習が進められるようにデザインされています。教科書のデザインについての詳細は「教科書の特徴」をご参照下さい。
POP CULTURE NEW & OLD: Elementary and Intermediate Japanese through Pop Culture is a textbook for learners of Japanese studying with elementary or intermediate level textbooks to boost their proficiency in the language while learning about Japanese popular culture. By using the physical textbook together with the website, learners can achieve a higher quality and quantity of learning that cannot be done with a common textbook.
